Unique Bridesmaid Gifts
There is much to be said for buying a unique bridesmaid gift for each bridesmaid. That way you can acknowledge each bridesmaid as an individual who has played her own part on your wedding day. That having been said, if you do decide to give each bridesmaid the same gift to commemorate the occasion, then making that a unique, or at least unusual, gift will surely be appreciated by each bridesmaid.
Their are several ways you can make your bridesmaid gifts unique. For example, if you decide on gift baskets, by having each one customised, then each gift basket will be different. 
That way, if you have a wide variety of ages amongst your bridesmaids, you can choose basket contents appropriate to their age and their tastes. So, even though on the surface you are giving them the same, a gift basket, and thus removing the chance of envious glances at each others gifts, they will be different. And while the contents may disappear rather quickly, the basket itself can be kept as a memento by the bridesmaid for a long time to come.
Another way of making each gift a little bit different is by choosing an engraveable gift, or one that can have a monogram added. The choice is pretty much endless here, for even if something is not suitable itself for engraving, there's a chance you will be able to a medallion or something similar that can be. With engraving, you can choose the precise gift that you want for each bridesmaid, and have the gift engraved locally. Or, if you prefer, order online and have engraved by the merchant as part of the cost.
The chances are all bridesmaids will appreciate jewellery, and much jewellery is engravable, so there you have a vast choice of potential bridesmaids gifts, each of which can be made unique.
